Illinois goes to 65

Starting Jan 1st of next year trucks will be able to drive at 65 mph. Finally after several failed votes and a couple of veto's the bill was signed into law. The only exception to the raised limits will be in city areas. Just a note, Illinois Dept of Trans stood against this bill stating safety reason. Th e only reason they had was overhead, I mean CASH. If safety had been a factor then the limit would have been raised a long time ago.
