Truck stop talk
Everyone of us has sit in a truck stop diner ( The few left ) and had dinner or lunch or whatever. Someone is always talking and because we all need that human contact most join the conversation. The topics and opinions are many. I must admit to enjoying sharing my opinion, but recently I heard something I thought I would never hear. Let me explain the story. A driver was talking about the recent troubles hes had, and most with the law. He went on to politics and things of that nature. He gave me the impression that he blamed all his problems on our government. Now I can say that he had some, I do say SOME, right to be mad, but most of what he said seemed to be his own fault. The thing that got me is after he was finished bashing our government he said he understood why people strap bombs to their chest. What!!! You've got to be kidding me! I know we have problems in both our state and federal government, but to say that goes against everything we stand for. If I'm wrong please tell me, but just don't say I'm wrong. Give me a reason. I had to get up and walk away. I paid my bill and left. I hope someone can show him that kind of thinking is wrong. As for a future rule. Watch what you say and think. We need to build up not tear down. Until next time be safe and keep them wheels spinning -- Backlash

You are right about we all need human contact and that poor guy needs real human contact. It makes us want to really touch someone or more like shake him. He has some really personal issues and I say if you don't love this country then leave it. I am sure he would be happy over in Mexico. Oh wait they don't want us. Um maybe he should be grateful for what he has and be happy he is an american. GOD BLESS AMERICA.
