Truckstop Review

Location : Lincoln, IL. I55 exit 126. Thornton's / Pilot ( fuel ). This is a very clean, well stocked, and friendly place. They have sub shop that does a lot more then most other places. They also have a Steak N Shake. Both the c-store and the trucker store have a good selection. Clean showers is a plus. Plenty of parking with 2 lots. This is where I like to stop. Only drawbacks are no TV room and the game room doubles as a storage. With all that, I give them 4 1/2 stars.

Truckstop Review

Location: Trevor, WI.  U.S. 53/ U.S. 63. I had to stop here, because I was heading to Hayward, WI. and it was the last place to stop. Not a bad place really. It was clean and friendly. They had a Subway and showers. A drivers lounge with a TV and plenty of channels. If you don't like subs, then a restaurant is next door. Sorry no review on that, I didn't eat there. I can say that I didn't see many cars there though. Also they had wifi, but you need to be inside to use it. Overall I would give it 3 1/2 stars only because they had only about 20 spaces and not much of a truck store ( A.K. A. -  trucker supplies). As always BE SAFE AND KEEP THOSE WHEELS ROLLIN'!  -- BACKLASH

Cell phone

What did we ever do without them? Well if you ever have been without cell signal you know. Calling cards and payphones are nearly gone, so how do we keep in touch with our families? Give me some ideas or just a comment

Truckstop Review

<p>This review is of the the Mapco at exit 129 on I40 in Arkansas. First thing you should know is only about 10 trucks can park here. The inside was clean, but offers little for a trucker but a place to park. In the guide it shows a deli, but that looks to have been closed for awhile. No showers. They also listed they had a lounge, but it turned out to be 2 chairs and no TV. This would be considered a 1 star truckstop. We could judge these better if they didn't lie when they listed themsleves on the guides.
